Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

He Expects Our Best Able gives his best and Cain withholds his best from God • Able gives the Lord his best. He cheerfully gives the Lord “fat portions”. Cain gives an offering to the Lord, but it feels like he’s withholding something and doesn’t want to give the best he has to the Lord. – We talk about giving the Lord our best in terms of tithes and offerings. What are some of the other ways that we can give him our best? – Is the Lord getting your “fat portions” or are you withholding something from Him? Are you giving him the best that you got?
